Does your lab only accept digital files for working models?
No, we also accept plaster or stone working models for appliance fabrication. And if you don't own a scanner, no worries! We have a 3D scanner in-house, so we can convert any working model into a digital .STL file upon request.
Do you accept alginate impressions that are not poured up?
Yes. However, we highly recommend that all offices pour up their alginate impressions before sending them to our lab. This will result in a more accurate working model.
what is your protocol in regards to deliveries?
If your office is located near our lab, all cases will be picked up and delivered at no charge to you. Otherwise, deliveries will be made via UPS.
